was one of the great English presses of the early twentieth century
that sprang from the arts and crafts movement and the influence

by Alfred Kappes. Froissart wrote the history of the Hundred
Years War and of the exploits of the chivalry of the fourteenth
century. This particular version is called "The Boy's Froissart"
which is however emminently readable for today's adults. Handsomely
rebound in full navy blue Morocco, the front cover decorated
with a perimeter line of fleurs de lys and a heraldic crest the
spine with three crowns (England, France and Spain) and Lions

of the great English fox hunts a sportsman's classic and one
of the great books of the genre of sport. Attractively bound
in full hunters red Morocco. The front cover has a hand tooled
golden cat's tooth perimeter line four small hunting horns in
the corner and a large central stamp of a fox head with a crossed
whip and hunting horn the rear cover has a sly fox. waiting for
the hunt to start. Spine is decorated with "horsey motifs".
